Warranty Policy

PRODUCT WARRANTY TERMS

– All products distributed by THANH CONG NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD are covered by the manufacturer’s official warranty terms.
– Repair costs after the warranty period are always kept to the lowest possible level, or waived entirely, by THANH CONG NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD.

CONDITIONS FOR FREE WARRANTY
1. The product is still within its warranty period.
2. The fault is caused by a manufacturing defect.
3. The serial number and warranty seal are fully intact – not patched, torn, scraped, altered or covered by any other label.
4. The serial number on the product matches the one on the warranty card.
5. The warranty card and purchase invoice are presented at the time of the warranty request.

CASES NOT COVERED BY FREE WARRANTY
1. The warranty period has expired.
2. The serial number or warranty seal is no longer intact.
3. The warranty card is invalid: incomplete information, erased or altered details.
4. Damage caused by natural disasters or accidents such as fire, lightning, storms, floods; use contrary to the instructions; unsuitable power supply; cracks or breakage from transport or impact; stains, rust or corrosion from poor storage; liquid spillage; insect ingress; dust and dirt, etc.
5. The product shows signs of repair or disassembly.
