EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

THANH CONG NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD will exchange goods, accept returns and issue refunds in the following cases:
– The goods are not the type or model you ordered.
– The quantity is short or the set is incomplete compared with the order.
– The goods are dented, cracked or broken during transport and delivery.
– The goods are substandard due to a manufacturing defect.

Conditions for exchange/return: the goods must be intact, complete with all parts, accessories, packaging and documents, and the VAT invoice and goods must be recovered in accordance with regulations.

PLEASE NOTE:
– Please inspect the goods and sign for their condition with the delivery staff on receipt. If you find any of the cases above, you may raise it directly with the delivery staff or notify us within 24 hours on 028.62850999 or at duan@mangthanhcong.vn
– Exchanges, returns and repairs are carried out in accordance with the terms of the supplier, the manufacturer, or the service centre authorised by that supplier or manufacturer.
– Exchange or return procedures are processed within two weeks from the date we receive the complete information and documents from the customer.

THANH CONG NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD does not accept an exchange or return when:
– You wish to change the type or model without prior notice and agreement.
– The packaging has been torn or lost by you, or the goods are scratched, dented, broken or missing parts and accessories.
– The goods were damaged through operation contrary to the instructions.
– The conditions required to qualify for warranty coverage have not been met.
– You inspected and signed for the condition of the goods but did not report any issue within 24 hours of signing.
– The goods are not accompanied by the required documents such as the purchase invoice or warranty card.
