Cisco next generation Catalyst WS-C3850-48P-E is stackable enterprise level switch and integrated with 48 Ethernet POE+ ports in IP service feature set. WS-C3850-48P-E enables sophisticated layer2-4 switching capability by providing the optimal solution for access layer and aggregation layer. Cisco 3850 series combines both wired and wireless capability on a single platform. To utilize wireless controller functionality, wireless AP license is required: LIC-CTIOS-1A license for 1 access point. IP service feature set can only stack with other Catalyst 3850 Series IP service switches. Power stack capacity is supported by Cisco Stackpower technology to provide power redundancy among stacking members. Network uplink modules enhance the flexibility for customer to choose network uplink connectivity. Flexible Netflow intelligence feature monitors every single flow on both wired and wireless users.
